Michael Lee Design in concert with and under the aegis of Apogee Attractions conceptualized and master planned what is the first destination resort of its kind in the entire eastern European region. This grand resort includes a theme park, indoor and outdoor waterparks, retail, dining & entertainment venues, three hotels and a nature preserve.

Guests visiting this Hawaiian themed resort will encounter lush themed rain forests, emerald pools, booming blow holes, and thunderous volcanic eruptions from deep under the sea. This rich natural backdrop forms the settings for a host of tropical themed shows, attractions, and entertainment, dining and beverage experiences, and colorful souvenir shopping activities to please, entertain and inform all who visit. Michael Lee Design held the master contract to plan, design and produce this magical themed resort project.

Michael Lee Design in concert with and under the aegis of Apogee Attractions conceptualized and master planned a Middle Eastern regional destination development which includes a theme park, media studio and school, retail dining & entertainment, hotel, condo, and villa real-estate development. Themed to coincide with the popular Dubai television program, �Spacetoons�, this project contains many of the characters featured within a context of rides, shows and event venues.

Warner Brothers Recreation Enterprises (now a part of Premier Parks) contracted with Michael Lee Design to conceptualize several attractions for the Movie World Germany project, including the Batman-inspired thrill ride, “Riddler’s Revenge”. The project combined creative storytelling and thrilling experiences with off-the-shelf ride hardware to create a cost-effective attraction that has increased overall park attendance.

Michael Lee Design was retained to design a visitor attraction utilizing the Old Tucson Studios filming location. The attractions included daring cowboys in gunfights and stunts to musical revues and comedies; Old Tucson is exciting Old West entertainment.
